 These zucchini boats are easy, delicious and can help save the day when your garden is producing lots and lots of zucchini (you can also use yellow summer squash too!) 

These carrots are sure to please the whole family.  They remain crunchy and full of flavor.  My favorite is garlic with dill, but experiment with hot peppers, ginger and Asian spices.  The possibilities are endless, and they never disappoint.
