Ya'll, I love my morning latte with our raw milk.  I can't even imagine a day without it. And ever since I found Purity Coffee, it's the ONLY coffee I will drink. I have been using my MockMill since 2020, and I absolutely still love it to this day.  I no longer buy previously ground flour (with the exception of AP from time to time). I stick with whole grains (from Azure Standard) and grind on demand. This gives us a more nutritionally packed product because the bran, germ and endosperm are all in tact.  It's a learning curve that is worth taking on.
